Return Policy for Innerwear Purchases
Due to the intimate nature of innerwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchased innerwear items. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers.
Exceptions
Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no additional cost to you.
15- Day easy returns/exchange on outerwear:
We offer an easy exchange or return policy for all outerwear, no questions asked. You can raise an exchange or return request for any outerwear product within 15 days of its delivery.
If you do not like how your garment fits or looks, you can request for it to be exchanged for an alternate size or colour.
Prefer a return instead? We’ll issue you a refund for the price of the product. Please note the shipping fees will not be refunded. The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 days.
Here’s how you go about this:
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team. Email us on shopping@essagarments.com or WhatsApp us on +91 95970 77901 within 15 days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Share your order details and request an exchange or return. Please share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: We will pick up the products within 7 days. We will initiate the exchange or return process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Note: If we’re unable to process an exchange due to unavailability of the product for any reason, we’ll issue you a refund for the price of the product. Please note the shipping fees will not be refunded. The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 days.
We will not be able to offer a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
- The product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories or if the original packaging is damaged.
- Defective products that are not covered under seller/manufacturer’s warranty.
- The product is used or altered.
- If the request is initiated after 15 days of order delivery for innerwear and 30 days of order delivery for outwear.

Terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:
Please do not return any product before receiving any confirmation from our team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee we’ll be able to process your request. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for all defects or variations, based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our quality control team that your return fulfils all the conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your exchange or return request. We will send you an email and SMS to let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected. The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days.
If your pincode is non serviceable for return pickup, we may ask you to ship the product back to us. Courier charges up to Rs.70 will be refunded to you. Customers are required to submit the shipping information/receipt by getting in touch with our customer care team.
Returns will be accepted only for products purchased on this website. ESSA products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us. If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
